In August 2004, Nick added a Sunnyside condo the portfolio.
This converted apartment building was built in 1971, and went condo in 1996. The fabulous Kensington shopping district is two blocks away, and downtown Calgary is only a five minute walk. Only a half-block from the Safeway and LRT, you can be at SAIT or the University in minutes.
