In October 2003, The Royal Renovators of Ramsay (Bengt/Jan/Nick/Rob) bought a revenue property in Ramsay.
This large character house was built in 1898, and is reputed to be the first house in Ramsay. The Inglewood shopping district is two blocks away, and downtown Calgary is only a ten minute walk. Regular bus service is available just moments from the front door.
There are two bedrooms on the upper level. The main floor has a large living room, study/child's room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area. Original wood flooring graces most of the main floor, with attractive ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The extra-large and recently renovated kitchen is a chef's dream, with new applicances, and an abundance of cupboard space.
